Terms of Delivery
You can change your order at any given moment. However, once it has been shipped from our warehouse in the UK you are no longer able to change the order.
You are always welcome to contact our customer service. They are happy to help you with any request or inquiry you may have at any time. We shall cancel your order and refund your payment fully.
Should you place another order, please be aware of the changed time of delivery. This is due to any new products included in your new order.
Cancellations made after your item(s) have already been shipped will be handled as a normal return.
Returning the item(s) and the reconsideration period
The reconsideration period during which you can withdraw your purchase is 14 days. In this time you are able return the items. We will thereafter transfer back the paid amount, excluding the shipping costs.
In order to qualify for a refund the goods need to be sent back in their original packaging.
If damage has occurred as a result of poor packaging, Furnish Spot has the right to refuse a part of the refund or refuse to refund it entirely.

It can take up to 30 days before refund payments are processed.
Our returning process is as follows:
1. E-mail [email protected] and ask for the return form.
2. We will thereafter send you the return form via e-mail.
3. E-mail the completed form accompanied by a photo of the packaged product that you want to have returned to [email protected]
4. We will send you a sticker with the correct retour adress.
5. As soon as the return shipment is received in its original condition we will let you
know when you can expect the refund.
